About this store
The CopyCat™ store at CopyCopyCatCat.com is operated by LAREW, LLC. These terms describe use of our website and purchases from our store. Our published Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy provide additional information and apply to their respective subjects. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Product suitability
The CopyCat™ supports Windows 10 and Windows 11, all versions. It does not support Mac or earlier Windows versions. It backs up accessible files and folders within the Windows Users folder, including accessible profile data. It is not a complete system image, and continuously locked system files may not be copied. Check that your selected capacity is suitable for the files you want to protect. Keep other copies of irreplaceable data and periodically check that your backup contains the files you need.

Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout indicates otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. Prices and offers may change for future orders; changes do not retroactively increase an accepted order’s price. If an error or fulfillment problem affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it, including offering cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

Shipping
Domestic orders receive free economy shipping. We do not offer expedited domestic service or guarantee dispatch or delivery dates. International shipping is by prior email request and individual quote, not standard online checkout. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details. We will contact you if a substantial delay affects your order.

Returns, warranty and support
Our published Return and Refund Policy governs the 30-day return period, RMA process, opened-return restocking fee, secure erasure of returned drives, and one-year limited hardware warranty. International purchasers receive the same coverage, with international shipping costs as stated in that policy, subject to applicable law. Reasonable setup and troubleshooting assistance is included.

Promotional offers
Offers are subject to the eligibility, expiration and other conditions disclosed when offered. Only apply a discount if you qualify for it. Marketing email signup is optional and you may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary order or support communications. We are not offering marketing texts at this time.

Website use
Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its operation, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person’s rights. Website text, logos and images may not be used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information associated with the website and purchases is handled. Do not send personal backup files to us for ordinary support. Before returning a drive, move files you wish to keep elsewhere; returned drives are securely erased as stated in our return policy.

Changes and questions
